Realizing the responsibility for Yemen’s suffering and tragic war that is entering its eighth year, which has left more than half a million dead, wounded, or disabled; and in light of the military and political stalemate, and the limited international community’s role to opening an airport or seaport while there are about four million displaced people dependent on humanitarian aid and twenty million living below the poverty line in a widely destructed country,
After the great success of the previous four batches of "Leaders for Future" program for Intensive English Language Diploma scholarship which beneficiaries exceeded 4,000, Tawakkol Karman Foundation opens applications for the fifth batch of the program, which will accept 3,000 male and female applicants who hold the nationality of one of the following countries: (Yemen, Iraq, Syria, Palestine, Egypt, Sudan, Libya, Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, Mauritania, Somalia, and Türkiye).
On Thursday 8th of December, the Nobel Peace laureate, and the chair of the board, Tawakkol Karman, honored the popular Yemeni drum player, Mulataf Humaidi, with the Tawakkol Karman Foundation shield and a cash prize of $10,000.
On Wednesday, December 14, 2022, Tawakkol Karman Foundation began implementing the project to establish Nashwan Al-Hamiry School in “Jaw Al-Naseem” neighborhood in Marib, northeast Yemen, in response to the needs of the parents and their children, as the neighborhood lacks an educational facility.
Tabibi application has provided 658 Free medical consultations in October 2022 where the responses & medical consultations were provided to these cases by 61 doctors from different specialties.
On Sunday, November 06, 2022, Al Jazeera Media Institute in partnership with Tawakkol Karman Foundation organized a training course entitled "Mobile Filmmaking", in which 15 trainees participated in the training located in Istanbul-Turkey.
Yesterday, Thursday, 9/29/2022, the work on the project of establishing Alsalam School in Al-Hajar- Al-Aqrud sub-district- Al-Misrakh District- Taiz Governorate was launched. The school will have 9 classrooms, a management room, a warehouse, bathrooms and a fence and it is funded by the Tawakkol Karman Foundation.
Tabibi application has provided 636 Free medical consultations in September 2022 where the responses & medical consultations were provided to these cases by 37 doctors from different specialties.
Today, Friday, October 7, 2022, Tawakkol Karman Foundation honored the Yemeni readers; Ibrahim Al-Jundi and Bilal Al-Aghbari, winners of 8th International Holy Quran Competition in Turkey, in which 66 contestants representing 50 countries participated.
Tawakkol Karman Foundation announced that it will sponsor the project of opening and paving the Jarah sub-district in the Al-Misrakh District, Taiz Governorate after receiving a request from the inhabitants to end their long suffering.
On Friday, October 15, Tawakkol Karman Foundation held a special celebration on the 59th anniversary of the October 14 Revolution in Istanbul, Turkey. The artist Amal Kodul opened the event by singing a couple of the famous traditional songs. The accompanying band also presented patriotic songs from Yemeni artistic history, in the midst of a large group of the Yemeni community in Turkey.
Today, Saturday, August 27, 2022, the Tawakkol Karaman Foundation concluded the activities of the first summer camp, " You Are Your Own Project... The Third Millennium Youth Camp", in the Turkish city of Bolu to contribute to empowering young people to achieve the sustainable development goals.
Tawakkol Karaman Foundation will launch the first summer camp under the title "You Are Your Own Project… Third Millennium Youth Camp", in the Turkish city of Bolu between the 22nd and 26th of August 2022.
Today, Monday, August 22, 2022, Tawakkol Karaman Foundation launched the activities of the first summer camp under the title " You Are Your Own Project... The Third Millennium Youth Camp", to contribute to empowering young people to achieve the sustainable development goals, in the Turkish city of Bolu.

On July 26, 2022, Tawakkol Karman Foundation launched, in the presence of more than 550 students, the second edition of the "Qualifying Youth for Labor Market", which is accompanied by the intensive English language diploma, which is funded by the Foundation within "Leaders for the Future" program.
